It is nothing but a big city of California, Los Angeles County that lies the in Southern California. Exactly on the Pacific coast of the United States of America. Long Beach is located at 33° 47′ north, 118° 10′ west and about 32 km south of downtown of Los Angeles. As per United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 133.2 square meters; with the assumption 130.3 square kilometers of its area land and 2.96 square kilometers of it consisting of water. Long Beach completely surrounds the city of Signal Hill.

City center of Long Beach is located approximately 35 km south of Downtown Los Angeles while the two cities bordered  with each other for several miles on Long Beach’s southwestern segment. Long Beach borders Orange County on its southeast edge. The Long Beach city is most important marine center of the United States. The Port of the Long Beach of the United States is considered to be the second busiest container port and one of the world’s largest shipping ports. The city has a large oil industry with wells located both underground and offshore. Besides this, there is a big giant manufacturing sector spreading over in the city including manufacture and fabrication of aircraft, car parts, electronic and audio-visual equipment, and home building furnishings.

If you happened to go there, better you try to avail the opportunity of sighting it with your own eyes, that would naturally be your’s amazing experience. Angels Flight Railway is a short railway track and it covers a distance of 298 feet as it transports people up and down to the Bunker Hill. The narrow gauge railway was first opened in 1901 when its neighborhood was one of the posh Victorian homes and as well to the residents. After repeated termination and restoration of this service in the past, now it is reopened and functioning once again with nominal fees. The another attraction is  J Paul Getty Museum complex, designed by Richard Meier, wich is considered to be a huge complex, measuring about 0.75 square miles and located on 110 acres of land. Further, it contains the Griffith Observatory post, the Los Angeles Zoo, a Greek theater, with many other outstanding recreational facilities. At the top of Bunker Hill, you will find there a Music Theater, hub to figure out in different venues. One of the most hot tourist attractions here is the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
